What they share is everything underneath: contacts, chatbot, campaigns, team inbox and appointment book. You can run both from one account and one invoice.

If you already have customers messaging you and want to start today with your existing number, choose WhatsApp Web — it has a free tier and no per-message cost. If you need to reach cold contacts at scale, want the verified green tick, or send high volumes, choose the WhatsApp Business API and expect Meta’s per-template-message charges on top of the subscription. Many businesses run both — WhatsApp Web for day-to-day conversations and the Cloud API for campaigns. You can add either from Settings at any time.

On the WhatsApp Business API there is no ban risk while you follow Meta rules, because you are using Meta official infrastructure with pre-approved templates. On WhatsApp Web the risk is real for anyone who blasts large cold lists, so we pace sending deliberately: a warm-up ramp for new numbers, daily caps, quiet hours, randomised gaps between messages, typing simulation, and link stripping on first contact. Used for warm conversations and reasonable volumes, it is safe; used to spam strangers, no tool can protect a number.

Once you configure your chatbot prompt and system rules under settings, our AI agent monitors inbound chats. It holds a trailing memory context window to respond contextually, answer FAQs, qualify leads, and schedule service bookings automatically.

WhatsApp Web has a free tier you can start on without a card, then ₹999 and ₹2,999 per month as volume, numbers and team seats grow. It carries no per-message fee at all, because Meta is not in the path — the subscription is your whole cost, and you can top up volume with message packs that never expire. WhatsApp Cloud API is ₹999, ₹2,999 and ₹5,999 per month. On top of that, Meta charges for each approved template message you send — not per conversation, and never for the free-form replies you send inside an open 24-hour window — at rates from ~₹0.97 for marketing and ~₹0.15 for utility in India as of January 2026, inclusive of our platform margin, billed from your prepaid wallet at the rates shown in your in-app rate card. Enterprise is quoted to your volume on either product. All billing includes PDF invoice downloads.
